Ordering and delivery

How do I order concrete?

Three simple steps: confirm the volume with the concrete calculator, tell us the grade, volume and address by phone (+994 50 326 03 43) or WhatsApp, and approve the individual quote. The concrete is delivered to your address by mixer truck at the agreed time.

Which areas do you deliver concrete to?

We deliver across Baku and the entire Absheron peninsula. Since our plant is located in Novkhani, we are especially quick to reach the Absheron zone — the Novkhani, Masazir, Khirdalan and Sumgait directions.

Is delivery included in the concrete price?

In the quote, concrete and delivery are shown separately and transparently, calculated precisely for your address — no hidden costs.

Can I order concrete at night or on weekends?

Yes, we operate 24/7. For night pours and urgent orders it is enough to agree on the schedule in advance.

What is the minimum volume for a concrete order?

We do not set a fixed minimum — terms are determined by volume. Contact us even for small orders and we will offer the optimal option for you.

Choosing a grade

Which concrete grade do I need for a foundation?

For strip foundations of light 1–2 storey houses M250 is usually used; for monolithic slab foundations and houses of 2+ storeys M300 is recommended. The exact choice depends on the design and soil conditions — we provide free advice.

What is the difference between M300 and M400 concrete?

M300 (B22.5) has a strength of 22.5 MPa, M400 (B30) — 30 MPa. M400 is intended for bridges, hydraulic structures and specially loaded structures; in ordinary residential construction M300 is usually sufficient and more economical.

What do the letters M and B mean?

M is the concrete strength grade (kgf/cm²), B is the strength class (MPa). For example, M300 = B22.5 = 22.5 MPa. Both designations describe the same concrete.

Which concrete grade should be chosen for house construction?

The typical breakdown: preparation layers M100, floors and yards M150–M200, strip foundations M250, monolithic foundations, columns and slabs M300, multi-storey frames M350, and M400–M600 for heavily loaded industrial and special projects. Our concrete applications page has a detailed breakdown.

Calculation

How is concrete volume calculated?

Volume = length × width × thickness (in metres). For example, for a 10 m × 10 m area with a 15 cm concrete layer: 10 × 10 × 0.15 = 15 m³. The concrete calculator on our site does this automatically for slabs, strip foundations and columns.

How many cubic metres of concrete does a 100 m² area need?

It depends on the thickness: 10 m³ at 10 cm, 15 m³ at 15 cm, 20 m³ at 20 cm. A reserve of 5–10% is usually added.

How many tonnes is 1 m³ of concrete?

Normal reinforced concrete weighs about 2.4 t/m³. So a 10 m³ order means roughly 24 tonnes.

How many cubic metres does one mixer truck carry?

Standard mixer trucks usually hold 7–10 m³. Along with the volume, our calculator also shows the number of mixers required.

Quality and pouring

How is concrete quality checked?

Production follows GOST 26633: every batch passes laboratory control, and sample cubes are tested for 28-day strength. Results are provided with documentation on request.

How many days does concrete take to harden?

Concrete gains strength quickly in the first days and reaches its standard design strength on day 28. Formwork removal and loading times depend on the structure and weather conditions.

How long can concrete stay in transit?

A ready mix should normally be poured within 1.5–2 hours of production (depending on the weather). That is why we plan the route and pouring schedule in advance.

Can concrete be poured in winter or in rain?

It is possible, but requires extra measures: a suitable mix and protection in cold weather, covering the fresh surface in rain. Consult us when planning the pouring date.

What is a concrete pump needed for?

If the mixer cannot get directly to the pouring point — upper floors, narrow yards, the back of a building — the pump delivers concrete straight to the point through pipes. It is also an advantage for continuous pouring of large slabs.

Construction materials

What is gravel mix (atsep) and where is it used?

“Atsep” (sometimes called “otsev”) is a natural sand-gravel mix. It is used as a filler in concrete production, in road and site bases, in area backfilling and in drainage work.

Are gravel and crushed stone the same thing?

In everyday speech they are often used interchangeably. Crushed stone is artificially crushed rock, while gravel consists of naturally rounded stone grains. In concrete, crushed stone is used as the main coarse aggregate.

What kind of sand is used for concrete?

A concrete mix requires clean construction sand with a low clay content. The quality sand we use in our own production is also available for sale — for concrete, plastering and masonry work.

Can sand, gravel mix and crushed stone be bought wholesale?

Yes — sales are wholesale only. The minimum order is 250 t, counted across the order as a whole (sand, atsep and crushed stone combined also qualify). We organise continuous supply for construction companies, contractors and concrete plants, with delivery across Baku and Absheron. Individual commercial terms apply depending on volume.
