M250 Concrete (B20)
A reliable mid-range grade for strip foundations and load-bearing walls
M250 (class B20) is intended for strip foundations of private houses, load-bearing walls and moderately loaded monolithic elements. Stronger than M200 and more economical than M300, M250 is often the optimal choice for 1–2 storey house construction.
Production takes place at our Novkhani plant per GOST 26633; every batch is checked in the laboratory and passes the 28-day cube test. We plan the mixer-truck flow to match your foundation pour schedule and arrange pump service when needed.
