M450 Concrete (B35)
A high-strength grade for special engineering structures
M450 (class B35) is a high-strength grade — 35 MPa. It is produced for special engineering structures, elements carrying exceptionally high loads and projects where B35 is explicitly required by the design.
Concrete of this level requires a precise mix design and strict production control: the mix is prepared in the laboratory to the design requirements, and every batch is tested and documented. M450 orders are usually fulfilled on the basis of design documents, on a pre-agreed schedule.
Applications
Special structures
Engineering projects where the design requires B35.
High strength
A strength rating of 35 MPa.
Design-based production
The mix is prepared in the laboratory to the design requirements.
Documented quality
Every batch is documented with test results.
Concrete grades we produce
All grades are produced to GOST 26633 requirements. See all grades →
Frequently Asked Questions
For which work is M450 concrete required?
Special engineering structures, extremely heavily loaded load-bearing elements and projects where class B35 is explicitly specified in the design documents. Ordinary construction does not call for this grade.
How do I order M450?
Send us the design requirements (class, volume, pour schedule) — the mix is prepared in the laboratory to match the design and the production schedule is agreed in advance.
Do you produce grades above M450?
Yes. Our range covers M100–M600 — the high-strength grades M500, M550 and M600 are also produced. Send us your project requirements and we will determine the right grade together.
How is the quality of M450 confirmed?
Production follows GOST 26633, every batch passes laboratory control, is verified by the 28-day cube test, and the results are provided in writing.
